What information do you need to quote an automation project?
Product or part drawings, samples or photos, the current process sequence, target output or cycle time, available utilities, floor space and any quality or safety requirements. A short video of the current process also helps.
Do you build packing machines for our product?
Yes. Packing machines are built around your product, pack and carton size and output rate, with counting, weighing, sealing, labeling and palletizing as needed.
Can you connect robots and conveyors to our existing line?
Yes. Robot cells and conveyors are integrated with existing equipment, including interlocks, safety assessment and communication with upstream and downstream machines.
Do you supply automated car parking systems?
Yes. Stack, shuttle and tower parking systems, and AI-powered parking management, for residential, commercial and public projects. Share the site plan and the number of cars to start a feasibility study.
Which PLC and robot platforms do you work with?
Allen-Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi PLCs, plus CODESYS-based controllers such as WAGO, Schneider, ABB and Beckhoff. Robot cells use articulated and SCARA robots chosen to suit the application.
Do you provide FAT and SAT documentation?
Yes. Factory Acceptance Testing is done at our facility before dispatch and Site Acceptance Testing at your plant, both against documented protocols with punch-list closure.
Do you offer maintenance and AMC support?
Yes. Preventive maintenance visits, breakdown support (remote or on-site) and annual maintenance contracts can be structured around your uptime requirement.
